2025 K-Dramas announced by Netflix

Netflix has unveiled the full list of the 2025 content that they will be releasing on their platform. Ranging from K-dramas to reality shows, the streaming giant has clearly risen my expectations to all-time highs. For our guilty pleasure, I’ve summarized the whole K-Drama year for you, my dear readers. But a quick side note here, I’ve not tackled K-movies and reality shows, and removed also K-Dramas that have already aired such as The Trauma Code. So, what’s on your 2025 list?

Wongyeong: The Queen Who Crowns

During the Goryeo period, Queen Wongyeong (Cha Joo Young), known as Lady Min, is married to Yi Bang Won (Lee Hyun Wook). His father King Taejo, the founder of the Joseon dynasty, decides however to choose his second son Yi Bang Gwa as his successor. Wongyeong schemes to put her husband on the throne.

A Virtuous Business

In the rural village of Geumje in 1992, Han Jeong Suk (Kim So Yeon), Oh Geum Hui (Kim Sung Ryoung), Seo Young Bok (Kim Sun Young) and Lee Joo Ri (Lee Se Hee) start working in door-to-door sales for adult products. They all have their own reasons to enter the business, but gain independence and form friendship along the way.

Joo Eun Ho (Shin Hye Sun) has been an unknown announcer for 14 years. Due to a deep wound in her heart, she developed another personality named Joo Hae Ri. She used to date Jung Hyun Oh (Lee Jin Wook). Though he’s a star announcer, he carries a wound that he never showed to anyone. These 2 reunite again and cure each other’s wounds.
