Ahn Yoon Soo (Jeon Do Yeon) is an ordinary arts teacher. One day, her husband is murdered and she’s accused of the crime. She’s then sent to prison. There, she meets Mo Eun (Kim Go Eun). She’s called a witch by others prisoners because of her ability to read through people. Both women have secrets and decide to make a deal.

In the 1980s, Jung Hee Ran (Lee Ha Nee) is the top actress in the country. She is cast as lead role in the movie “Madame Aema”. But producer Gu Jong Ho (Jin Suk Kyu) kicks her out due to her fiery temper. He replaces her with Shin Joo Ae (Bang Hyo Rin), though she currently works at a nightclub.

Kim Se Hee (Yum Jung Ah) is a highly respected doctor, at the head of an illegal adoption organization that has a rule: if the adopted child does not meet the parents’ expectations, they get a free refund and the child is killed to destroy evidence of their crime.
